Re-Registration for the 2025-26 Program Year had begun. Forms are due by March 14th and payment is due by April 14th.

Accessing Your Tuition Account

ELC tuition accounts are set up through Procare. You can access your account at any time using the link below.

You can print out reports for taxes and FSA dependent care forms.
Any time ELC collects fees outside of tuition, you can pay those fees online.
To get your account started, you will need to use the email provided to ELC.
